DungenLabs is a technical prototyping and engineering lab based in Lisbon, Portugal. We turn technical ideas into functional hardware — combining design, CAD, additive manufacturing, electronics and product integration under one roof.
The lab was born from the meeting of two demands that rarely live together: the rigour of engineering and the clarity of product design. That mix shapes everything on the bench, from a one-off replacement part to a validated pre-series module for a firefighting helicopter.
How we work
From first sketch to tested hardware.
Every project runs through one continuous workflow: technical consultation and feasibility, mechanical design in CAD, prototyping on our FDM and SLA printing farm, electronics and PCB work where needed, then assembly, testing and documentation. No hand-offs between vendors — the same team carries the idea from sketch to functional unit.
