Power Supply Box for HTA Helicopteros

A compact diagnostic module that powers and protects the water-release system for firefighting helicopter operations using bambi buckets.

  • 3D-printed housing with captive hardware and IP-rated seals
  • Internal PCB featuring self-test LEDs and replaceable fuses
  • Designed, printed, assembled and validated in-house
  • 12-unit pilot run completed successfully

Result: Faster fault isolation in the field, drastically reduced downtime and 66% space optimization compared to the solution these helicopters had previously.
